Having spotted that the weather is supposed to very hot this next week I decided to break with tradition and head out today for a run. Rather late in the morning but I did it. I’m def an early morning jogger.

Oh my the extra 2 mins felt like forever !!! Was thinking Jo had deserted me. But up she popped just as I’m screaming inwardly how much further. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈphew the turn and homeward I plodded. So happy to say I staggered to the end but didn’t cave in. I could easily of done but thought no you can do this.

Amazingly on Father’s Day my husband offered to cook brunch !!! Yikes once a year treat for me !!

So proud to be this far all be it slow. Including my walk it was a tad under 4 k no way will I make the 5 k but very happy πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜€embracing the 🐌

That was run ONE of the final week of C25K, two more runs until you graduate, do those runs really early as its to get hot by mid week unless you live in Scotland or Ireland where the weather is to be normal, good luck for your graduation run. πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘
