Running after C25K experience

I completed the Wk 9 and graduated about 10 days ago and I have been repeating the week 9 app as I really find that having the security that I have been getting used to very reassuring . Sarah Millican has been my guide during my runs and I find hearing her voice at 5 min markers really helpful . I’ve done 5 runs now since graduation trying to go every second day for 30 mins . I’m taking it slow as not quite at 4 k yet but very pleased to be getting out there . I definitely find the first 5-10 mins harder than the last as I try to get my breathing settled and oxygen levels up. I’m loving the outdoors and really encourage people who don’t think the can run to try the app . I really was a couch potato before

I like to go in the morning after a coffee and quick shower but before breakfast and then I feel I’ve got the rest of the day to relax . Getting into this exercise has also boosted my mental health
