This sounds madness but I dont eat or drink before I run but I chew gum strong minted and I feel it helps me to breath lol I no sounds crazy but it helps me I chew the same when am boxing

So do I I read somewhere that it helps with breathing while running so tried it and definitely feel it makes a difference
Me too! I read that as a tip to help breathing and to help with saliva flow (and it does, no longer need to take a water bottle out). It does help (though I know it is risky and not recommend by ‘professionals’ risk of choking I think)

I too ! I suck a mint , I sucked one to keep mouth from getting dry and found it helps my breathing a lot !🙏

I have dry throat in the morning so set off sucking a honey and lemon throat lozenge, it's gone by the of the 5 minute warm up walk and I'm sure it helps my breathing. Can't leave the house now without my Lucky Lozenge
