Earlier this week, I stopped running after 12 minutes. Took a few days rest but in that time did some aerobic exercises. Made sure I did some warm up before going out for today's attempt at W8R1. I did it!

Woo hoo. 👏👏👏👏👏. Wise running that I can learn from. Well done and thanks for sharing. I get so much support advice and motivation from other runners on this forum. It’s great. I did w5r3 yesterday but was really worried I wouldn’t make it. I did but reading posts like yours really helps me to be more confident that if I can’t make next run it’s no biggie. Just means I need to repeat and move on when I can.
And we can also celebrate and you should. Enjoy the day and bask in your success you deserve it. 😀💪👍
