Finished this run at such a good pace, felt so good doing it! Slowed a little in my last 5 mins but smashed it in the end. Really excited to go to the next week, feel like week 5 is going to be slightly easier due to the longer breaks in between? But we’ll see how we go!
I had cramps on my last run but these didn’t affect me this time, a little stitch when I had finished but deep breaths sorted it out. Really glad to have sorted my breathing with these runs too.
Here’s to week 5!

Hi, I just completed week 4 this morning too. It felt surprisingly good today. I had spread it out to 4 runs across 2 weeks as I had a day surgery in the middle of the week. I had a treat when starting out on my 5 minute warm up, an echidna (I am in northern Australia) toddled across the road in front of me. I enjoy seeing that type of wildlife, a few years back when I was jogging regularly I went out without my glasses on and thought there was a branch on the ground which as I got closer realised was a snake. I got a fright, backed up too quickly and fell down on my backside! Anyway, looking forward to next week’s challenges in week 5.
I felt I turned a corner week 4 too as breathing so much easier... 2 days of rain has put me off starting week 5 but plan to do it later today 😝
