W5R1 - Completed (woop!) but Stitches!

So.... I'm super chuffed. I completed W5R1 this evening and it wasn't too difficult! πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‰ πŸŽ‰

However... Towards the end, I got my first ever stitch on the C25K programme! Other than drinking lots of water and not eating before I run (which I actually never do), is there anything else I can be doing to stop stitches?
