Running after week 9

I've just done 3 x 30min runs after completing week 9. Two with a friend, one of which was up hill and down dale. One on the flat alone and with just my fitbit for company. My advice... take a friend ( did 5.3 km) do not go without your lovely mentor's voice .( gave up after 20minutes). But anything we do other than sitting around has to be good so no one beat themselves up. I have just reached fifty ten and couldn't manage 60 seconds running when lockdown started!..

I have to have a soundtrack playing when I'm running. It helps to motivate me and keep at a steady pace. Apart from when I'm running uphill and then it drowns out the rude words. 😂
