I completed wk2 run 3 on sunday 7th june and have done little to no exercise since then.... would I be ok to jump straight back into it today on week 3 run 1 ?
I was managing ok on the last run but am worried I have not been active for over a week bar the odd walk to school / shops. I really wanted to complete the programme by my birthday on the 31st july so should i just give it a go today ?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I had to have a week off because of my knee and I just went straight back to it and I was fine, so I'm sure you can get back to it quite easily! Good luck
