Wk 9 run 3 just completed. I am so happy. I have tried to complete this program a few times and I finally done it.
It was mentally hard completing this last run as it was starting the program. Physically Iβm a long way from where I started but funnily feel like itβs the beginning again. The hardest week was week 5 for me but once I had read on here about that 20 minutes run it gave me the push I needed to try it and ultimately complete it.
I am looking forward to continuing my running journey as I am booked to run the London marathon in April 2021 and this is the start I needed. Thank you to all on here who got me through this. Tears and smiles all the way.
