I really really really (I mean really) didn’t want to go out tonight. I was talking myself out of it for about an hour. Telling myself I wasn’t enjoying it, why should I waste my free time doing stuff I didn’t like etc etc. Then I forced myself out. Told myself well I’m doing it for a reason, to get fit and lose weight, so even if I didn’t enjoy it I just had to do it. Man up and just get it over with. You know what happened next? I went out and enjoyed it the most I have so far! I felt fitter, stronger and despite deliberately not pushing pace I naturally went quicker at times. At the end I felt like I had plenty in the tank. So, week 1 done, lesson learnt - just get out there! Week 2 starts Thursday!

Fatty2001 it so is! Maybe it was because I took 2 days rest but my body was definitely up for it. Just have to tell those demons to go away!
