Struggling Week 4 Run 1/2

Hey everyone. So I did Week 4 Run 1 Yesterday and I found it so so difficult that I had to stop running during the Second 5 minute run, the pain in my calves was unbelievable. Any hints or tips to help with this pain or any suggestions to do that last 5 minute run?

Follow the advice in the guide to the plan on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Aww few words of inspiration - don’t be too hard on yourself! You’re on week 4! There are no timescales to this .. it’s your journey... 👏👏👏

Slow the pace, speed isn’t important... I don’t think I realised that initially ... 🏃🏽‍♀️ Good luck... try again in a day or so and don’t let this become your nemesis x
