Feeling very proud today having completed w9 run 3. Something I never thought I’d do. I have never been fit, didn’t really do sports as a child unless forced to, got to mid 40’s and my littlest starts school in September (hopefully!) and brought forward my get fit plan from September when I got furloughed.
First few weeks I found ok but really struggled to get my pace right so it got tough and at week 8 I hit a wall. Gave up on my first run ever and was really annoyed at myself, I slowed it down and carried on. It wasn’t easy but got there in the end.
