It's hard work in the heat isn't it. I went out early yesterday and it was already too warm for comfort. Then there was a downpour in the afternoon and it cooled down nicely - I should've waited 😀. Slow it down for the warmer weather and just make sure you hydrate well before and after the run 👍. Good luck and enjoy - nearly there now!
