3rd consolidation run

3rd consolidation run this morning. Was worried about this one as I was disappointed with my last run, where I only managed to run 3k, but had to take the positive out of that run, as all 3k were under 20-30 seconds quicker than my usual pace.

I went out this morning for a ‘There and back’ run, but once I was out there I couldn’t help it but push myself to do more than “there and back” and was glad I did, because I ran 4K in 33 mins. I am so pleased with this, I know I’m not going to set any records or be at the next olympics, but that’s not what I’m aiming for anyway 🤷‍♀️
