Other C25Kers in the community?

Does anyone ever see other people in the middle of a brisk walk with headphones in, whilst out on their own run and think ‘ah I wonder if they’re a fellow C25K follower?’

Every time I’m out I see someone new and can’t help but wonder if they’re following the plan as well!

Yes always. I saw one runner out yesterday and could see she was taking regular walking breaks. We sort of gave each other a knowing smile when we passed each other 😊

Yes, all the time, one day I passed a lady with her phone on speaker so her two kids could hear it (don't panic, we were going in opposite directions, I never pass anybody)

I think you can sometimes tell new runners as they’re either wearing cotton clothing or too many layers 🤣

It gets wet with rain and sweat, gets heavy, stays wet and can chafe.

I was the same. It’s particularly bad in winter. Mind I sweat in minus temperatures so... 🤣
