After checking were i could get gait analysis done near me and checking online, it said open so went off yesterday to get new trainers ready for another attempt to run tomorrow only to find its not opened d back up yet so came back home a bit disappointed, social distance sports outside so im guessing they are getting ready to open so will try again later in the week.
Guess it will give me more time for recovery 😊🙏

Have you tried dropping your local store an email? It might be worth it so you can also find out if they’re putting any special systems in place (eg appointments or something like that)!

My local running shop did a gait analysis for me online.. Was really good! Might be worth asking just in case they’re not opening quite yet 😊
I did see an online one just wasnt sure how accurate it would be!
I had to get someone to video me running from behind with a close up of my ankle- the guy from the shop put this into his system and could see that I ran a with overpronation which he showed me.. very clever! Gave me a choice of trainers and love love the ones I got.. so comfy 😊👟🏃🏼♀️
Oh that sounds good then... Happy running in ur new trainers do they ask were u run... Like on tracks or road, uneven ground etc
