Really glad that one of my daughters is now following the plan. She used to run but stopped in her teenage years as growing pains and knee problems. I think seeing mum waddling round finally gave her the boost to try it. She is doing great just done week 5 run one nice to see it bringing a smile to her face as she is struggling with lockdown and remote school .
