I had finished the program and had continued to run 5k 3 times week when a month later I had Covid 19 - a moderate case - not hospitalised but in bed for a week, very breathless. I’ve been back to normal for 3 or 4 weeks now but I’m unable to run for more than 5mins and it takes me quite a while to recover after - has anyone else experienced this? I’m thinking of starting the program from scratch but it feels more than just trying to build stamina etc this time.
Post Corona ! : I had finished the program and... - Couch to 5K

If you can’t run for more than 5 minutes, you can always try and run from week 3 or week 4 rather than right from the beginning, but if you feel that is best to start from scratch then do so! Glad you are feeling better

Gosh...thank goodness that you are recovering...my advice would be to maybe start again?
Many, many of us have done this for different reasons , including me, after injury. Many folk repeat it all or just parts.
It is actually fun...no pressure and you know exactly what to do...
So, if you have the all clear to go ahead because it is really important to make sure you are fit enough to do this and maybe getting in touch with your GP could be the first step...?
If all is good, then, you know the mantra, slow and steady and for you, really slow and steady and listen to your body
Some gentle strength and stamina work on some of your rest days may help too; there are plenty of ideas on the strength and stamina forum
It is good to have you back here...
