Found this was the hardest of the week but I think that because I've completed the 25 minutes 3 times already, I may have been pushing myself that bit more without even realising it. Furthest and fastest yet but definitely the hardest so for week 8 I will be ensuring to slow it down again as I was doing so well with that. I feel it's something I need to keep thinking about or I lose myself and go to fast π₯΅π€£
But all that said, the run got completed with no walking and I'm ready for week 8 π₯³
