I started this week and really struggling to do the full 60 secs of each run, only managing 30 to 40 seconds. I think i went too fast on my first run, done my second run today and didn't do much better. Any tips?

Congratulations on starting C25K with run 1 of week 1 and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, if you can't run for 60 seconds during the running parts, just run slowly for 30 seconds, gradually increasing to 60 seconds, you can repeat as many runs or week's as you want to.

Hi, well done on completing run one. I have just started week 4 today and I was so scared.

I struggled in week 1 and at one point couldn’t get my breath and started to panic a little.

It is tough if like me you have never ran before. All I can say is please keep going and don’t give up. Try not to start out too fast, just light jogs.

Looking forward to watching your journey.

If you ever feel like giving up, come on here. Everyone is so great and they will encourage you and give you plenty of advice.
