I did it!!!!!

So today, I completed W9 R3 and carried on the do the full 5K! It took my just over 35mins - a little quicker than I though it would. The rain started to absolutely belt it down around 20 mins in but it I was determined to carry on.

This forum has been a massive help to me and receiving tips and encouragement off people I have never even met has been so nice.

Now for the next chapter of running 😊
