Welcome to the forums, great job getting the first half of this done. You can add dynamic stretches before a run (see the guide) but I don’t do them very often, the brisk walk suffices. Cooldown is all about bringing the heartrate down and blood flow back to normal gradually, as sometimes we can become faint if we just stop, with obvious consequences.
