Well that’s a result another week ✅d so onward to w8 !! I was slower today but after the first 10 mins my calves stopped burning. Is there any magic to stop calf burn I’m doing every exercise I know !! Stretches calf lifts etc !! Drink 3 litres a day water that is !!
Still after all these weeks I am truly thrilled to be able to snail my way through 25 mins. It’s not pretty it’s slow but I’m out there doing it. Doubts creep in around the 15 min mark but then Jo tells me I’ve done 20 mins only 5 to go so I push through. Then I get home and collapse in a heap after a not brisk 5 min walk home !! BUT then the glow of satisfaction kicks in !! 🍾🥂Friday done drinks tonight yay !!!!

Well done Delgirl82 I too finished W7r3 this morning - so happy to have completed but found this run harder and my calves hurt fairly early on but improved. I hung on in there until Jo said only 5 mins to go - whoopee nearly there - just kept on going ✅🥵. Here we go onwards to week 8 - who’d have believed what we are achieving 🏃🏼♀️👍😊
Fantastic!! Well on your way now, you've got this! No advice about calves, sorry though I know some people use calf rollers, no idea if they're any good though?

I know what you mean I still suffer with my calves too, have to do a 10 min warm up walk and it generally takes about 10-15mins in before they ease 🙁. So when you find the magic trick let me know 😆.
