So, today I’ll begin. I did a short run in the house thinking I’d only manage maybe half a dozen steps. I ran for five minutes quite comfortably. Barefoot I might add.
Maybe that’s because I’m five stones lighter than when I ran last. That time I did only manage a few steps.
I didn’t have the app running earlier, so I’ll do the first proper run in a bit. Again, at home. I’m motivated here. Just a wimp really I suppose.
Thoughts anyone? (Not on the wimp bit lol)
