Just completed run 2 I found it hard but didn’t stop, I did carry on a bit to see if I could do 5k, it took 36mins but I got there, so my speeds not bad, I must be honest I am really chuffed with myself, 6 weeks ago I struggled running for 60 secs, this program is magic 🏃♂️👏

No, you should not have done that, congratulations on completing run 2 of week 7 but running on to 5K was wrong as you could have caused yourself a injury, for the next 7 runs, keep to the program.
