First run after Graduating.

Did my first run yesterday since completing C25K and must admit I found it hard going!! Don't know if it was the lack of having Jo Whiley encouraging me or the lack of accomplishment I have felt after completing each week?? I nevertheless completed 32 mins of running and have found that I am only completing just under 4kms in that time. So, the target is to now extend my route gradually till I complete 5k at least. Target set!!!! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️
