Yesterday I reached the grand old age of 48. I had a lovely day at work, came home, donned my trainers, put on my new birthday present Fitbit 😀 and, for the first time in my whole 48 years, ran for 30 minutes!! To say I felt great about that is a bit of an understatement (as the walkers who saw my fist pump and heard my cheer at the end will attest 😂) C25k, thank you! 🤩
