Just back from wk6r2 and my legs were so heavy from the start. I was willing it to be the end from the start of the 2nd run - but I pushed on and got it done, in the rain and to be honest with a hangover too- maybe that’s why my legs felt heavy 😳😂
Proud of myself for even going out could have said “oh it’s wet” “can’t run if I’m feeling a bit rough” but I didn’t so that’s a huge positive 💪🏻
Little nervous for Run3 it 25mins but have to try to keep positive keep saying to myself you did 20mins last week keep going, so that’s what I’m going keep in my head.
Hope everyone is feeling strong and positive

Ah well done, shame you felt rubbish but the main thing is you did it!! Tip for the 25 min run, go early and go slow! It’s not that bad, as like you said, we’ve already done the 20 mins! Worst part of the 25 min run for me was the first 5 mins but after that it was great, be positive, you can do this too!! 🎉💪🏼
