So proud of myself, after stopping smoking 4 months ago, and now the last run of the couch to 5k W9 R3 tomorrow, any ideas where to go next, thinking of the 10K. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great

The best thing you can do after tomorrow’s run is to keep running 30 minutes at a time, all relaxed, until you feel it becoming more comfortable... consolidation like this should be done by all runners every few months, and the milestones are the logical time to do it. After that there’s a great plan on our sister forum, that many a C25K graduate before you has tried and tested... it’ll get you used to varied runs (and varied paces if you so choose).

Great job on the smoking, and the running. Have a wonderful graduation run.

When you announce your graduation I will send you a link to a guide to post C25k running.

If you cannot wait, it is sitting in the FAQ Posts, which you will find in the Pinned Posts.
