No dramas today fortunately π Had intended to run on Monday but I slept late, rare for me so I figured my body needed it.
Woke up at my usual early time today so off I went. Mixed it up a bit, new route today which took me over a bridge - the closest I get to a hill here!- but it was near the beginning of the run so that was ok. I had no idea of the distance I would cover, but decided to run for 30 mins. I think in the end I did about 32 mins because I ran on a bit to get the usual place I start my brisk walk.
Just mapped it and I did 4.7K not too shabby, all in all a good consolidation run!
Have a good day everyone

Excellent run. That's the beauty of consolidation runs - there's no pressure, it can be long or short, it can be fast or slow, flat or hilly. You're in charge now and whatever you choose is right. Mixing up routes and distances adds a nice new dimension to freer running. Enjoyπ
