Just completed W7R1. It went well, I can really get into a good rhythm now, running at about 7mins/KM. Even had the energy for quite a sprint in the last minute! Looking back, so far it was weeks 3 & 4 that I found most difficult, things seem to be falling into place now (hope I haven't hexed it by saying that!). I think the trick is to remain positive, and trust the programme - If thousands of people have done it before me, then why can't I! Good luck on your next run, everyone!

I agree, week 4 was a bit of a shock, but once you get to the end of week 5 and realise that you are past the half way point, AND you have run for 20 minutes non stop, you know that you are a runner!
