Well...here I am! Week 9 run 1 completed! And it feels good! For me it will be more like couch to 4K but hey, I guess it’s good to have another challenge right?? 🙌
Question: do you guys take water with you when you run? I don’t, but I wonder if I should? Thoughts?

Congrats Tara! Well-done on your progress so far. My husband and I are on wk7r1 and I’m not close to 4K, but just staying focused on the program and feeling good. We drink water about 30 minutes before we run and then have lots immediately when we finish. Good luck with finishing up! You’re so close.
