Ha Ha! Anyone who doubts they can achieve either 30mins or 5km pls use me for inspiration! I haven't lost much weight but I can jog for 5km! If I can at 130kg and 54yrs - YOU CAN DO IT TOO!

Congratulations on running for 30 minutes and also running your first 5K, well done, I assume those were two separate runs, as you say "if I can do it, you can do it too" I hope you will continue to enjoy your runs 🏃🏾 👍

Defo! Week 9 I hit 30 mins and week 16 and onwards I'm running 5k. However I cannot stress enough to take it slow, take those rest days and, if you're big like me, the right shoes are so important!

No, I am not big like you Enxo, just the other day I weighed myself for the first time in months, I weighed in at 68kg, 10 stone 7lbs. I do certainly agree that wearing the correct running shoes helps you with your running 🏃🏾 👍.
