I did it 🤩 I feel so proud of myself, I was a bit daunted at the thought of 5 min stretches but I did it. Strange to think a month ago I could barely do 60seconds.

I actually starting to think of myself as a jogger now instead of someone who’s messing about 🤪

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.........and in another few weeks you will be running non stop for thirty minutes......this plan works.
