So chuffed, just completed W9R1 and felt good! My quickest pace and furthest distance yet but still only 3.4km, not that I really mind that, as I could never have run non stop for 3.4km a few weeks ago! Plus, I felt like I could keep going.

Well done!! It’s a good feeling isn’t it! I’m only 1 run ahead of you and we’re running similar distances- but you’re right- think back to the start and how running for 30 minutes seemed impossible.
