Everything superb up until half way through the final run. Then pain in my hamstring. Stopped immediately and limped slowly home. Low mood now after the elation of nearly completing the first week and I can’t ask Michael J for his advice, so I’m asking you lot!

You really need to get the advice of a GP or physio to establish the degree of damage and the likely route to recovery.

Can’t believe how much I was/am enjoying the program.
Will rest for a day or two to see if things improve and then consider a call to my less than friendly GP.
The worst thing is that I’m letting down my training partner.
Thought about it some more and spoke to my very friendly physio. 20 minute covid19 phone consultation resulted in her telling me that I needed a 3 to 6 week break until the injury had healed. Tough, but I’ll be back!
