Consolidation Run 3 ✅

First Early Evening run in preparation for returning to work on Monday! I don’t know if it was just in my head that it felt different!, but managed over 5k again, so happy with that! It’s been quite windy & wet here, today, glad I left it till later in the day!

Excellent run for you today, you probably ran a sub 30 minute 5k although the moving time was 7 seconds over, have a look at the split time, that's probably is 29.? well done. 😊 🏃🏾

Thank you! I feel comfortable at 5k! I’ll consolidate for maybe another 2 weeks, then start slowly increasing my distance!
