I decided, this morning, to get in the car and drive to my run. I'm getting a bit tired of doing the same two runs from home all the time and any variation will involve a massive hill at the end, for a not very scenic route. So I went down to the Quay in Exeter. It was easily the most enjoyable run I've had so far. Water, wildlife, fields, people, a deliciously cool breeze (wind!) in my face and, for the first time ever, a completely Flat run!!
One thing that was annoying though, was that when I got home and looked at Strava, it said I had done 7.2km in 30 mins, an increase of 2km on my PB. Even without the hills, I thought it was unlikely! When I looked at the route, it had added on a whole chunk! Is this common? Had my Bluetooth somehow logged a bit of someone else's run?
