Gait Analysis

A couple of weeks ago I put a post on here about whether or not I should worry about not being able to get a pair of running trainers due to covid.

Now after coming up to week 7, my old trainers just aren’t cutting it so I contacted Runners Need to ask them if there was a chance their store near me would be opening any time soon. Unfortunately they weren’t too sure BUT I received in email back from them saying they could help me out with a virtual gait analysis! They’ve sent a step-by-step guide to sending videos and photos and I’ve got a phone appointment booked for Tuesday!

I just thought it might be something worth sharing on here for anyone wanting to get a gait analysis done but are unable to due to the current situation!

It’s completely free! I don’t know exactly how it will go on Tuesday, but over email they said that there’s no pressure to buy from them at the end of it either!

Oh wow, that's good! I've checked and they don't have a store near me so I feel bad that I wouldn't be able to become a regular customer, but I'd be interested to hear how you get on!
