I was due to do W4R2 tomorrow morning but thought I'd get it done this afternoon to avoid the rain forecast for tomorrow. I'm finding this week much harder than last, but I'm doing it and I feel so good afterwards! Running is so alien to me, if you'd told me a month ago I'd be impatient for my next run I wouldn't have believed you, but it's true, I'm loving it!! If I can do it, anybody can!
