Thanks to all here who post and share struggles, tips and triumphs. Even though we are linked in cyberspace only, I have never felt alone with this and it has really helped.
Going to keep up 30mins x3 per week and increase speed a little before starting to run for longer time.
As someone who used to try desperately to get out of P.E at school, and hasn’t run for nearly 3 decades, I now love to run and can’t think of letting anything get in my way.
