Hi, on W8r1 which went really well on Wed, despite a dip in the middle. I want to keep momentum up so would it matter if I waited til Mon to do R2? I have a busy few days ahead. Or should I do it today on just one rest day?

I’ve done both - had a few days rest in between and done 3 runs in a week and it didn’t really affect me! I think if you’ve had a good nights sleep, you’re well hydrated and make sure you do the 5 min warm up you’ll smash it! Running at a slower pace has definitely helped me with stamina so maybe bear that in mind! You’ll be fine! 👍👍
