Hi all, this is my first post. I’ve just completed W6R2 and it was the hardest one so far. I hated every minute. I felt great after the 20 minute run at the end of week 5 but today has knocked me a bit as I don’t know how I’ll manage 25 mins for my next run. Anyone else found W6R2 a toughie? Thank you

Week 6 frequently takes people by surprise. We are elated at completing the w5 r3 seemingly impossible 20 minutes and don't tend to give week 6 the respect it deserves. Treat week 6 run 3 just as you did w5r3 - start slow and maintain a steady pace - you know you can do 20 minutes so will only have a few minutes more in which to be pushed further. You can do this. The program works. Just make sure you run slow and steady.

I've just done it this morning and yes, it was super tough!
I was struggling in the first block of 10 mins but managed to keep going, but then in the 2nd block I got caught out! I got into it, was thinking it's not too bad and then I thought I heard my buddy Michael say 60 secs left, so I went into a sprint - nearly flat out when he suddenly said, you're nearly there, just 60 secs left haha!!! So the actual last 60sec for me was little more than a plod along but it's done, now onto the next!
