Wk9 run 1 stopped at 20 mins thirsty all time ,today got up slowed everything down been increasing hydration so st and slowly had 500ml of water and set out ,felt a lot better and yes finished my first 30mins run .Just two more to graduate , like will make it this week ,Yippee

Brilliant! A lesson well learned. Hopefully the cooler weather will help too. Good luck - so nearly there now 😊

Thanks Linda, told I dont drink enough even before this program, have started to log drinks plus drink through the day from a sports bottle so can see how much I'm drinking . Just have to train myself and like you say a lesson learned

Drinking the day before the run is important as you don't want to go out with sloshing belly 😃

Try hydrating the day before, not right before a run 😶

Cheers Tasha ,just increased hydration generally, plus the cooler temp are helping
