Where does one start now lost two long posts. I graduated in March 2019 and run my first official half marathon in March 2020. Since then the pandemic has hit us and I have managed to run once a week to maintain fitness. Well since the lock down has been lifted a little I have returned to two runs a week. So pleased with the success achieved on the two runs a week culminating with a 5k in 26.43 my best time as the time Strava has for best is wrong. So everyone stay healthy and alert. Keep running and success will come.
Hope everyone is managing to still run - Couch to 5K

Great run right there... congratulations on a fabulous PB. Excellent job maintaining that fitness through the lockdown.

Well done Papillon17 for a great time, even after your lockdown. I don't see myself ever reaching 5k, let alone in under 30 mins!! Have kept running up till now but hip niggles have now stopped that for now and the bike is now back in use again. I am sure you will be back doing your races just as soon as you are allowed. 😎🏃♂️🤗
