I found run 1 surprisingly easy than I thought I would so I went into run 2 with trepidation but I needn’t have worried I actually felt like I could have gone on longer and for the first time I actually upped the pace at the end!
I’m still not sure if I can do 5k in 30 mins but I felt really good today.

I think it's a very small percentage of people who make it to 5k by the end of the programme, the main thing is bring able to run for 30 mins, that's such a massive achievement! 😃
Great that you are doing so well don’t worry about getting to 5k the important thing is to run 30 minutes when you graduate, you are building strong running legs
