Week 8 run 1

Morning.

Up early and ran week 8 run 1. I have been a little negative after my last hard run. Also very difficult being back at work. Decided today to push myself and up the pace. This has blown away the negative mindset. A steady but faster pace has shown me just how positive running can be. It's also shown how far I've come and just how amazing this plan is. I ran the the same route that I used for weeks 1 and 2. Wow thinking back to how hard those weeks were. So pleased with running, not only 28 minutes but at a faster pace. Onwards....

Excellent at upping the pace. The end is nearly in sight. I am on day off today but still dragged myself round the field and feel better for it.
