I sympathise. I had had a sore right leg since my last run 2 days ago. It nearly put me off my run of today but I thought I would give it a go. I did. VERY slowly but I completed. And the pain is gone.

PS I did a 5 minute warm up before starting out on the warm up run AND I did a 7 minute post run stretch yoga with Adriene (YouTube). Pain all gone. Feeling good ๐
