Have done 5 consolidation runs since 22nd, not helped by a bout of food poisoning on Wednesday. The first couple were fine (and on consecutive days, a rare overnight double shift confused me enough to think I had lost a day), but I think recovering will take another week or so to be back to normal - my stomach feels like it is full of lead within a few hundred metres of starting... At least I am doing it though, and once it is over I'm glad to have done it.
I've also discovered a new route to take, including a nice 10m stair climb to get over a dual carriageway, followed by another 20m climb on a farm track. I think I might enjoy trail running over the road.
