Ah just tried to do it this evening and couldn't complete it. Frustrated. Jelly legs and shaking.

Shall have to try again tomorrow but shall go back to early morning instead of evening.

You’ve got this! I totally get what you mean, the time of day I feel has somewhat of an impact on my performance. I am struggling on week 7, but I suppose i’ll keep pushing forward, excuses aside. Best of luck!

Every run is training for the next one, whether you complete it or not, but if you can identify what the problem was, then it is a learning experience too.

Everything going on in our lives can impact on our performance as a runner. Restedness, hydration and nutrition are at the top of my list of variables that need to be optimised to enable enjoyable running.

As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.

Have a rest day before trying again and prepare well by good hydration, rest and diet through that day.
